- Reports to: Maintenance Coordinator / Team Leader
- Job objective: Guarantee the right electromechanical operation of the logistic infrastructures through the elaboration of preventive and corrective maintenance plans ensuring the quality in their execution.
- Functions:
- Achieve advanced preventive maintenance activities to keep the logistic infrastructures in optimum working condition
- Make the basic work procedures to raise and improve the continuous training related to installation knowledge
- Resolve as quickly as possible the encountered failures through corrective maintenance activities.
- Propose actions for the continuous improvement of the logistic infrastructures related to productivity, safety, organization, and installation.
- Review under the maintainability perspective the logistic infrastructures expands to generate the list of problems detected. Make work orders planned and justified than others, which could not solve or execute.
- Managing the shift changes with the technician who relieves him, giving all the information occurred during his shift in a clear and concise way.
- Reading and comprehension previous shifts reports and releases.
- Comply with and enforce the Occupational Risks Prevention, Environment and definitely, all the normative relevant to the center.
- When required by the MC or the Team Leader, perform the work corresponding to a Product Assistant to ensure optimal performance and service.
- Requirements:
- Logical and technical ability.
- Flexibility and precise work with great sense of responsibility.
- Ability to learn and find a challenge to operate the machine completely independently.
- Quality-oriented attitude.
- Dynamic and team-oriented personality, but also able to work independently.
- Sense of order, cleanliness and safety on the work floor.
- Loyalty to the company.
- Discretion.
- Work related conditions:
- Working in a 5 shift schedule 24/7, including morning, afternoon and night shifts.Be able to communicate in English language, which is the corporate language to be used for working in ATI Sistemas Netherlands, B.V.
- Working on heights.
- Working in cold and warm environment.
- A medical check is part of the recruitment procedure.
- Trainig required:
- At least MBO 4 (EQF 5) – Higher degree training cycle specialized in electromechanical, mechatronic
- VGB
- VCA
- VOP low voltage NEN3140
- Working on heights (WOH)
- Rescue in Silos (RIS)
- Lifting Platform (LP)
- Advanced knowledge of English
- If the candidate does not have one or more of the above certifications, the company can choose to offer it. All training and certifications are subject to the training protocol, including a training agreement.
- Prior experience: not required.
